Hi All,
Just a quick update today. Rosie and I had our first baby classes last night. A lot of the information was a repeat for Rosie since she has been teaching the same stuff in her Nursing program as part of her community work.
We enjoyed the breathing exercises part very much. The instructor had some nice relaxing music on and we all sat down on our blankets and pillows and relaxed. Rosie fell asleep! and i reminisced of being 5 years old in my kindergarten class, napping on the green felt carpet with my little 'X' that marked my seat!.
More classes to come. Love to all.
